If customer knows which rental package you want, just register as member, load IC copy for verification, place order and make payment online will do.

For 12/24mths rental packages, we collect 6 mths payment upon order placement, it is for the FIRST 3 mths and LAST 3 mths rental fees. Recurring payment is monthly start from 4th Month onwards.

For Flexi / Short Term rental, a deposit will be collected upon order / payment. It will be fully refunded once the contract is due, and rental unit is returned in good condition after our technician verification

For Klang Valley customers, customer can choose:

  1. Delivery is FREE for Peninsular (West Malaysia)
  2. Self-Collect at 17, Jalan Kuchai Maju 13, Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park, 58100 Kuala Lumpur

For East Malaysia customer, we will use AsiaOne Express for East Malaysia delivery, courier cost to be advised from time to time.

Kindly return the rental unit to our retail center at 17, Jalan Kuchai Maju 13, Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park, 58100 Kuala Lumpur.
For Klang Valley customer ONLY, if you required us to go for pick up, you will be charged RM30 / Trip. This option is NOT applicable for outstation customers.
Customer may use the courier service (any courier company) at your own cost to return the unit, please make sure to return back in its own packing with bubble wraps to ensure the returned unit will be in good condition.

Other FAQs

We provide computer rental services / subscription plan based on for 12 or 24mths contract, our rental packages follow different computer spec i5 or i7, 4Gb or 8Gb and different HDD spec, all order and payment is done through online.

All our orders and payments is by ONLINE.

NO deposit, for 12/24mths rental packages, we collect 6 mths payment upon order placement, it is for the FIRST 3 mths and LAST 3 mths rental fees. Recurring payment is monthly start from 4th Month onwards. Will be auto debit / deduct from applicant’s saving / current / credit card bank account. 

Monthly payment will be deducted automatically from the online banking account you used to register at the FPX payment page.

There will be *RM1* as deduction amount indicated when you proceed with FPX, this is to register the online payment in our system. The actual deduction for The 6 mths payment will be in 4 -5 working days later.

Next payment will be on the 4th Month onwards, automatically deduction from your online bank account that you registered for the order.

We have both Desktop PC set and Laptop rental packages only, our Popular package is RM78 Laptop package for 24mths contract, laptop spec is Intel Core i5/8gb RAM/240gb SSD HDD with 14” screen. We have 12 or 24 months contract options available at the product page, customer can select either contract period, 12 mths contract price is 30% more than 24mths contract price. For details, please refer to product page

We allow early termination due to unforeseen circumstances, please write in to us @ sales@smartrental.my or log your request at https://smartrental.my/ticket/ to notify us. Please be reminder, a 20% of the unbilled rental penalty will be imposed.

We provide 2 options for customer:

  • Option 1 – If you fell in love with your computer after 24 months contract, for only 6% of the total 24mths contract value and you can own it. Or after 12 months contract you pay 30% of the total 12mths contract value and you can own it
  • Option 2 – Contract Renewal with Smart Rental and we upgrade the computer for you

Our computers are Refurbished branded like Dell / HP/ Lenovo business class models, all conditioned in tip top performance and we cover all service and warranty during rental period. We will select the brand/model for you based on availability of the stock. For Peninsular Customer, we will deliver to you for FREE or do Self-Pick for FREE at our retail shop at 17, Jalan Kuchai Maju 13, Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park, 58100 Kuala Lumpur. The selection is available at the Check Out page on website.

For Outstation customers, you will have to choose RM30 per unit as the only delivery option, we will courier the unit to you using Gdex.

For East Malaysia customer, we will use AsiaOne Express for courier service, courier cost to be advised.

You will receive an email notification on your successful order & payment from our system. Your unit will be ready in 6 working days. Pre-order package delivery is 4-6 weeks.

Your unit will be ready in 6 working days. On the 6th working days, you will receive a call from our driver /admin to notify you on your unit ready for delivery / pick up. YES. Customers can upgrade/downgrade their rental packages at any time during rental period. Just log your request at https://smartrental.my/ticket/. Customer will have to place a new order for the NEW upgraded/downgraded package, we will terminate the old package and convert the credit to the new rental package monthly payment.

We give you unlimited RENT & SWAP for 30days to ensure you are fully happy with your rental.
Customers get to enjoy the Rental Packages and if unhappy, the Rental Fee can be converted to purchases within 7 days.

NO, the is no MOQ (minimum order quantity) for our packages. Customer can rent any quantity, all services, parts replacement and warranty still will be covered and it’s totally FREE during rental period, but customer has to bring the unit to our service center.

If the order qty is 5 and above, we will go to customer’s site for FREE and do the services.

If customer are renting for order qty 5 and above, customer can enjoy Additional benefits as below:
SAVING on Delivery, Setup & Installation, worth up to RM 240
SAVING on 4 X Onsite Preventive Maintenance, worth up to RM 300
FREE parts replacement during contract period, worth up to RM 360
48 hrs responses / Temp. exchange unit
Saving on financing cost, start-up cost
Auto contract renew every 24 mths with savings 37% vs new unit

Smart Rental cover all services, repairing of the computers during rental period.
If any faulty of the computer, just log your technical report with us at https://smartrental.my/ticket/. Our Technician will conduct mobile team viewer trouble shooting first. Later will determine on site / bring back to our service center for checking if problem still unsolved. If the unit’s issues confirmed can’t be resolved, we will arrange replacement unit available for pick up or delivery later.

Smart Rental believe customer will take care of the rental unit as if their own new purchased unit.

Under unforeseen circumstances, of any damages, we will help customers to repair at a minimum cost. And if missing / stolen, customer will bear the compensation differences.
