Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track and view your ticket's progress online.

A valid email address, customer name and mobile contact number is required to submit a ticket.

To expedite your ticket resolution, please clearly state the issue on the subject title and identify your order number, computer brand and model, system serial number (on the top of the desktop CPU or bottom of the Laptop) and you corresponding mobile number in the ticket information. 

Our support Engineers will respond to you the soonest available business time (Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.).

Please check your ticket notifications periodically for our Support Agents response to your ticket.
